An alternative of copy paste bookmarklet

In the previous month, I wrote a post about copy paste bookmarklet. The bookmarklet make use of the prompt() function as shown in textbox below: javascript:prompt(’Copy from below: ‘,document.body.innerText) the bookmarklet simply loads all text from currently opened web page in an input box. Sometimes the use of the bookmarklet causes error where browser points to previously created prompt. After several trial and error, I wrote a new bookmarklet which make use of document.write() function. Still pretty simple, just as follows: javascript:{var t=document.body.innerText;document.write(”<textarea>”+t+”</textarea>”);document.close()} var t=document.body.innerText; save all text from web page in variable t document.write("<textarea>"

It let me copy text from webpage, yes. But unfortunately it wasn’t able to retrieve text from pages that require login and it is not available anymore (the service at http://menneisyys.s156.eatj.com/ has died). Then, wapreview found another trick ( http://wapreview.com/blog/?p=3087 ). Someone has created http://couisinisaac.com/mobitol . But unfortunately it wasn’t able to retrieve text from pages that require login and it can’t be summoned from bookma
